Important - Please read the very Illustrative Instructions!

We had to be particular with the instructions as we deal with customers from many walks of life and capabilities/aptitude, hence the seemingly 'over information’.
You’ll find the instructions simple and the easiest ever to follow. They can appear complex due to the amount of illustrations, but they’re not.

I drew these myself in Adobe Illustrator following every installation detail and we get great praise for their clarity and ease to follow.

Very rare for us to ever not get a fit for customers and virtually any problems are resolved with a email or FaceTime call.

Also, most installation problems are caused by customers not correctly reading the instructions….. so ‘Read The Instructions’👍👍

Tracking Number:
Please see Tracking Number under barcode in image below and is used for the Postal Service to track internally.
We only supply the tracking number as this is what customers require.
Please don’t take the tracking info too literally as packages ‘Always' get to the US reliably.
There can also be confusing information throughout the tracking process leading customers to believing there’s problems when there’s actually not.
Tracking orders can cause unnecessary worry.
In all these years we’ve been shipping product to the US I can’t recall a single package going missing or any problems with the postal service between the US and New Zealand.
So long as the address information is correct, there will be no problems.
Please, do not email Cyckit demanding to know where your order is as we have as much idea as you do.
We receive exactly the same tracking information as you do.
99% [literally] of the orders we ship are Economy so only have an internal tracking system.
The International Tracked Courier service has tracking all the way door to door but is very expensive.It's rarely used by customers as even the Economy service is expensive enough since Covid and the Russian/Ukrainian conflict.
The Postal service is 100% reliable between NZ and virtually all of the Western world and Asia, so tracking is not necessary.

Shipping

Shipping times have never returned to pre Covid-19.
It takes averagely 14 or so days for customers to take delivery of their packages.

We love these and especially Aeroclam/Saddle combinations we don’t yet have.
Will add product free of charge [within reason] to your next order as a bonus but you must remind us!
