Domestic and International orders will be processed and shipped the business day they are received.

New Zealand delivery is within 5 business days.
Internationally delivery is around or within 14 business days.

We also have a ‘no questions asked return policy’. Should our product not fit your saddle, and that the saddle in question is listed on our website as fitting your brand/model saddle, please contact us for details on how to return.

We’ll ask what brand and model seat you have, but only so we can act on designing a solution to remedy future returns like yours.

Shipping Options [Northern Hemisphere]

Tracked International Courier Service - 5 to 7 days
Tracked International NZ Post Delivery Service - 2 weeks to 20 days [Can be slightly longer to the more obscure countries]

Since Covid-19 has turned the logistical world upside down, Cyckit encourages doubling and tripling up with friends when ordering [see above] to make use of the faster International Tracked Courier Service. 

Cost

There is of course a price difference between the two shipping services.

Box size No: 1

Standard Non Tracked Shipping takes minimum 2 weeks, and averagely takes 2.5 to 3.5 weeks to the Northern Hemisphere.

It costs $29.00 NZ Dollars to ship a single Aeroclam to the Northern Hemisphere. As mentioned above, no extra charge to add extra items.

International Tracked Courier takes between 5 & 7 days to the Northern Hemisphere.

It costs $74.00 NZ Dollars to ship a single Aeroclam to the Northern Hemisphere but there is at this time no extra cost for additional items. 

Two Aeroclams can be squeezed into Box size No: 1. Shipping split between friends is $37.00 NZ dollars each.

                                   

Box size No: 2

Standard Non Tracked Shipping Service - Cyckit discourages the use of this shipping method for the box size no. 2 as there is risk should in the rare event should the package go missing.

International Tracked Courier takes between 5 & 7 days to the Northern Hemisphere. There is much more room in box size no: 2 and X 5 Small Aeroclams can be squeezed in if required + extra Top & Bottom Sections. Or whatever combination is required. 

Using the International Tracked Courier for Box size No:2 = is $90.00 NZ dollars.

So five Aeroclams + whatever tops & bottoms for split between five people makes shipping economical.

Bulk Shipping Price - Distributors and Bike Shops etc

Shipping in bulk is very economical in comparison. A Master Carton Dimensions 60 x 51 x 39cm's with;

X 60 individually boxed Small Aeroclams [P1 or P2] = $3.28 NZ dollars per unit

X 48 individually boxed Medium Aeroclams [P1 or P2] = $4.10 NZ dollars per unit

X 42 individually boxed Large Aeroclams [P1 or P2] = $4.69 NZ dollars per unit

We also add one free unit for every 10 ordered.
