Since Covid-19 has turned the logistical world upside down, Cyckit will in the future be encouraging Doubling and Tripling up with friends etc to make use of the more economical International Courier Service [6 to 8 days] and discouraging the use of the Standard Non Tracked NZ Post delivery Service [3.5 weeks to 6 weeks].
COST - There is of course a price difference between the two services. Example below:
Box size No: 1 - Standard Non Tracked Shipping takes minimum 3.5 weeks, and averagely takes 4/5 weeks but can extend to 6 weeks to the Northern Hemisphere.
It costs $29.00 NZ Dollars to ship a single Aeroclam & $33.00 NZ Dollars to ship X 2 Small Aeroclams crammed into the same Small Box. So, only $3.00 to add the 2nd Aeroclam.
Box size No: 1 - International Tracked Courier takes between 6 & 8 days to the Northern Hemisphere.
It costs $63.00 NZ Dollars to ship a single Aeroclam & $66.00 NZ Dollars to ship X 2 Aeroclams crammed into the same Small Box. So only $3.00 to add 2nd Aeroclam. So, if cost is shared with a friend, the International Courier Service per Aeroclam = $33.00 NZ dollars each.
Box size No: 2 - Cyckit discourages the use of the Standard Non Tracked Shipping service for the Box Size No: 2 as there is too much at risk should in the rare event the package go missing.
The cost is $44.00 NZ dollars to ship X 5 Aeroclams
Box size No: 2 - International Tracked Courier takes between 6 & 8 days to the Northern Hemisphere. There is much more room in Box size No: 2 and X 5 Small Aeroclams can be squeezed in if required + extra Top & Bottom Sections. Or whatever combination is required.
Using the International Tracked Courier is $90.00 NZ dollars + an extra $3.00 to add the other Aeroclam parts each.
So $21.60 NZ dollars each for five Aeroclams + whatever tops & bottoms for the use the fast International Tracked Courier service.

Terms of Service and Shipping
Domestic and International orders will be processed and shipped the business day they are received. At the latest, the next day.
New Zealand delivery is within 5 business days.
Internationally delivery is around or within 30 business days since Covid-19 has turned the logistical world upside down.
Should our product not fit your saddle, and that the saddle in question is listed on our website as fitting your brand/model saddle, please contact us for details on how to return.
We’ll ask what brand and model seat you have, but only so we can act on designing a solution to remedy future returns like yours for this particular brand and model.
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered.
We are not liable for the logistical delays caused by the Covid-19 virus and offer the Tracked International Courier service as a fast and reliable method of delivery.
Privacy, Copyright and Disclaimer
We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation without your consent. Your details are private and confidential.
Should the product be received broken or damaged, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us to help us arrange a replacement on receipt of the item. We also provide a 1 year replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects. Designing for quality means designing for long life.
There will be no returns/warrantee claims for damage where the rear wheel has come into contact with the Aeroclam. This is rider responsibility to set the clearance between the rear wheel and Aeroclam as noted on each product and within the instructions.
Cyckit Ltd, have a flexible returns policy but will not pay shipping on returns if product is ordered and is not listed on the 'What Fits' list on the FAQ page. The brand/model saddles listed are listed because we know they fit.
Your postage costs on returns are unfortunately not refundable unless you are returning an item damaged in transit.
We suggest for your security concerns, your goods are to be shipped to Cyckit Ltd via a postage service that requires a signature upon delivery as an option. It is important to retain a copy of your postage receipt until your refund or replacement product has been received.
Please avoid taping directly to the product and make sure the product is securely wrapped.
New Items – Exchange or Refund
Please first contact us if you intend to make a return as there maybe a fitting problem etc that can be easily revised over the phone, a series of emails or a quick Skype session.
Replacement items will be supplied Postage Free.
We require replaced product to be returned within 30 days of being received. Product must be in ‘as new’ and undamaged condition.
Goods must not be used or damaged in any way.
Cyckit Ltd will not accept returns if the customer has simply changed their mind.
Returns and refunds are only permitted when the product does not fit or perform as required.
If you have received an item different to what you ordered we will exchange for the original ordered item. The replacement product will be delivered Postage Free. Goods must be returned within 30 days of being received and must not be used or damaged in any way.
Any product purchased from Cyckit Ltd is covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty duration is one year but Cyckit will, in some cases offer an extended warranty, particularly in any cases that report a failure of any description.
Our goal is to produce a quality product and we will stand by this.
Cyckit Ltd will not cover under warranty any damage caused by general use, accident, abuse or similar.
Please ensure any product to be returned is clean and free of any dirt/debris that may cause any environmental issues at border customs in New Zealand.
